    Somme of the best Korean food I've ever had! I came here with a big party and the Sam Sunny staff managed to make it work! We all sat at a huge table in the back and they were so kind to continue taking our orders and check in on us pretty frequently. Drinks are amazing! The pyongyang mule is like an elevated Moscow mule and we came during happy hour so we all got some fun drinks including soju. The food was really good, I got the cold kimchi noodle soup, and tried a bunch of dishes including the Korean fried chicken, mushroom rice, japchae, seafood soup, and Galbi chicken with cheese. The chicken with cheese is a must order and the soups here are super flavorful. If you're looking for a nice night out and some elevated Korean food, Sam sunny is your spot!

    Great Korean spot in Kips Bay. The service and food are fantastic. Of the dishes I tried, the must tries would be galbi mandu, pork belly, and kimchi pork soup. As excited as I was for the kimchi fried rice, I felt the chicken katsu was a bit small to justify the price. The interior is cute, but space is a bit tight. Overall would still recommend, it is a handsome spot for friends, though perhaps too loud for a first date.
